Ever wondered what we do at Run Group? Well, first we have a meeting to discuss progress/challenges and we often invite guest speakers. THEN we follow that up with an effective STRENGTH workout. Much attention is paid to the lower body (booty/legs) and core as these are the muscles used while running and our goal is to strengthen them to ideally help prevent and/or minimize injury. Then, runs are given as homework as each person is on their own path to success. Join us weekly or sporadically as we work towards our goal of running a 5K, 10K, or HALF MARATHON!
