Joining the Hot Mama team and building my own Hot Mama community is the best decision I have ever made because...

I come from 13 years in the corporate world, doing a 9-5 and commuting for close to 2 hours a day. 4 years ago, my priorities changed significantly with the birth of my daughter and again last year when my son was born. Going back to work for the second time had me feeling quite anxious and I knew I needed to find an alternative option. I started thinking of jobs that would enable me to work from home so that I could stop wasting time on my long commute and spend more time with my family. I had also been looking for a way to improve my health and fitness goals. Hot Mama has given me the opportunity to check all of these boxes and more and I couldn't be more grateful!

Teaching for Hot Mama is...

Gratifying. To be surrounded by so many incredible women, children and families and to know that I have made a difference in their lives by providing a safe place for them to exercise, connect and really create a community through family fitness gives me joy and fulfillment on a level I didn't know I could experience.

Meet my family...

I have been with my wonderful husband Matt for almost 9 years and we have been married for 5. Together we have two beautiful children, Ellie (4) and Logan (1). We live a crazy life but I wouldn't change a thing... well maybe a bit more sleep and date nights but those will come in time, ha!

I can often be heard saying (or yelling)...

My favourite healthy snack is... But secretly I would rather be having...

My perfect Sunday morning is...

Coffee... always coffee first, followed by some family time (hopefully outside), some exercise and a nice dinner!

My dream vacation is...

Maui! I have not been back since my honeymoon in 2014 and I'm dying take that trip again. A crazy bucket list item for me however, would be to do an African Safari!

My favourite way to indulge myself is...

A Grande Vanilla Non-Fat Flat White and a Pedicure!
